APL recruits from the pool of top science and engineering students as well as experienced professionals. We supplement their skills with a broad range of staff training and development and with an on-site graduate program through The Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering. Our depth of technical talent means that our sponsors bring us some of the most critical challenges they face.
